Do I need to meet you somewhere to make my car key?
No, we come to you! We travel to your home or office to make your keys. This means your day isn’t interrupted and you never have to wait in a waiting room.
I lost all my car keys, can you still make me a key?
Yes. We come to your car (no towing needed) to make you a brand new set of dealer keys.
Where is your shop?
We have an office that you can visit us at – 824 Boston Providence Highway, in the same plaza as Ticket One and Washington Motor Cars. However, all locksmith appointments are by appointment only so please call ahead.
Are your car keys expensive?
Our prices are typically a fraction of what the dealership charges. Call us for a free quote.
Does your key look like the key I'd get at the dealership?
Yes. We do not work with anything aftermarket. It is the same key that you’d get if you went to the car dealership.
Can you do "push-to-start" keys?
Yes! We do all types of keys and remotes. If you’re in doubt, give us a call and ask!
When you change the locks on my house, do you give me all new door knobs?
Not necessarily. As long as the locks in your house are in good condition we will simply ‘rekey’ or ‘change the locks’. This option is much more affordable. What we do is take apart the hardware on your door and reconfigure the inside so that it works with different keys.
How long are the booking windows?
We do not give booking windows, we give real times. If we say 2:30, we’ll be there at 2:30. Just give us a few minutes leeway in case we hit traffic!
Are your employees in uniform?
Yes. All our vehicles are marked and our locksmiths in Pop-A-Lock uniforms.
