Car Door Unlocking (CDU) Technician/Apprentice Locksmith

Pop-A-Lock of Charlotte and Concord, NC is looking for a full-time car door unlocking (CDU) technician with a desire to learn and advance within our company as an apprentice locksmith.

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking self-starter who is able to work independently while also being a dependable part of our team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, with good problem-solving skills, able to communicate well and has excellent customer service skills. Must be courteous and honest; clean and neat in appearance.

We are military-friendly and appreciate the value of military experience.

Charlotte and Concord residents are strongly preferred.

Candidates for consideration must clear a background check and a drug screen, and must have a valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.

The successful candidate will start out as a CDU technician, and must provide his/her own fuel-efficient vehicle and verifiable auto insurance coverage. CDU tools and training will be provided.

Training and apprenticeship in auto, residential and commercial locksmith work will gradually follow based on the candidate’s progress and performance as a CDU technician.

COMPENSATION
-Hourly rate while training
-Guaranteed minimum/commission-based once trained
