Service Coordinator

Pop-A-Lock is Rochester’s leading mobile locksmith.  We pride ourselves on providing top-quality service to automotive, residential, and commercial customers.  To move the business to the next level, we are hiring a service coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer phone inquiries
  • Recommend solutions, provide quotes, book appointments
  • Dispatch and schedule field service personnel
  • Order and track inventory
  • Organize and maintain office and warehouse facilities.
  • Light locksmithing tasks – key cutting, rekeying locks, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Experience with inbound or outbound call taking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • An independent self-starter with an aptitude for problem solving
  • An above average ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Technologically savvy – Windows 10, Microsoft Office, smart phone applications
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task
