I just wanted to take a moment to say how thankful we are to Jerry #10 for assisting us with a dead car battery due to corrosion. The car wouldn't crank with the first two attempts, but Jerry #10 continued to try to resolve the issue. He cleaned up all of the corrosion off with baking soda and tried again. This worked like a charm! My husband was very thankful for his calm demeanor and pleasant attitude during the entire process. Thank you Jerry #10!!

I was locked out of my car recently and had the privilege of your company servicing me. I was so stressed out, tired and most of all I was ready to go home after grocery shopping. Well  I called my insurance company and informed them that I was locked out of my car. They referred me to your company. Geico sent me a text message stating that your company would arrive in 40 minutes. Well long story short I walked back in the store to take my youngest daughter to the restroom to  and in hopes of getting a bite to eat until your company arrived. It was literally less than 10 minutes and your employee John Pender called and asked what aisle was my car own. I excitedly said, "ARE YOU OUTSIDE?". He replied , "Yes ma'am I am." I just want you all to know that he was very well mannered, professional and quick. I have been locked out of my car a few times and this I must say was the best service ever. I would like to say THANK-YOU!!! I really do appreciate it. Trust and believe I will be referring you others. THANKS POP-A LOCK!!!!

Pop-A-Lock came to my house an hour ago. Dead battery. I was told your service guy would arrive at 12:59 and indeed he drove up at EXACTLY 12:59. A big, friendly dude, Dave (employee 13, work order # 96456), got my motor running in 3 minutes flat. Dave is a great asset to your company. Give him a raise.
